James H. Jones, P.E.
Mr. Jones is a licensed engineer with a degree in civil engineering from New York University and a Master of Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York. He is president and co-founder of TDX, and is responsible for overall management of the firm's employees and all company projects. His forty-year career has included extensive experience in all facets of the industry, making Mr. Jones uniquely qualified for any challenge. Mr. Jones is involved in project planning, review of drawings and specifications on major projects and design/build work. He is past President of the NYC Building Contractor's Association, former Chairman of the Building Trades Employers Association, and a Director of the New York Building Congress.
Logan L. Hurst
Mr. Hurst has been an associate of Mr. Jones for more than 30 years and co-founded the firm with him in 1980. A graduate from the University of Kansas with a B.S. degree in architectural engineering, Mr. Hurst is responsible for all pre-construction activities and staff at the firm as well as other corporate duties. He coordinates TDX's pre-construction services including estimating, bid packaging and scheduling, and participates in the design, pre-construction and construction phase of every project.
Joseph J. Fitzpatrick
Mr. Fitzpatrick holds an MBA from George Washington University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Manhattan College. He has been an associate of Mr. Jones and Mr. Hurst for 25 years and became a principal in the firm in 1990. Mr. Fitzpatrick has been the partner in charge of the firm's work with the New York City School Construction Authority and the Department of Design and Construction, and has overseen the firm's work at Columbia University , Jacobi Medical Center and Dobbs Ferry School District . His duties include ensuring effective client communications, identifying key issues, providing hands-on construction support and problem resolution.
Thomas Tilleli, P.E.
Mr. Tilleli is a licensed engineer from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S. in civil engineering. He joined TDX in 1987 after seven years at Ebasco Services incorporated where he was the field supervisor for the Florida Power and Light Company's power generating plants. Mr. Tilleli has managed critical projects for TDX including Kings County Hospital Phase I, Sea Island Resort and portions of the $400 million renovation and construction of the College of Staten Island at Willowbrook.
