Historic Renovations
TDX has managed façade
restoration projects at more than 200 school buildings in New York
City, several of which included preservation and restoration of
historic building elements. Projects of significance include: Erasmus
Hall High School, an 800,000 square foot, 90-year old landmark
facility that was fully occupied throughout the project; and the
Collegiate Gothic buildings on the North Campus of City College
where TDX was responsible for supervision, inspection and field
coordination of facade and interior restoration projects on these
turn-of-the-century, landmark buildings.
