LEED Certified Projects
TDX is committed to the construction
of sustainable buildings and experienced in managing LEED certified
projects. TDX managed construction of a major LEED academic facility
for Montclair State University, is managing construction of three
LEED certified buildings for
the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, and is currently
in pre-construction on a LEED classroom and library facility
for Bronx Community College. TDX is a member of the US Green
Building Council and key TDX staff are LEED trained and accredited.
