K to 12 Schools

Since 1990 TDX has managed more than $600 million of K-12 school construction and renovation. Projects include newly constructed schools, fast track build-out of leased facilities, multi-phase, complete renovations of occupied school buildings, as well as smaller capital improvements and emergency response projects. TDX management has a wealth of experience in staging, phasing and carefully managing construction projects around ongoing activities without disruption and without compromising the health and safety of students, faculty and staff. Clients include public and private schools in New York City, Westchester, and Long Island.
