The headquarters building of the City University of New York (CUNY) houses the Chancellor’s office, offices of the CUNY Board of Trustees, Board Room, executive and administrative offices and public spaces. TDX served as CM and provided full-time, on-site supervision for the floor-by-floor, phased renovation of the building, including extensive asbestos abatement, demolition and interior construction. Renovations were completed while the building was fully occupied, requiring careful planning and scheduling and extensive double shift and weekend work.
