TDX is providing preconstruction and construction management services for Sandy-related FEMA mitigation projects at three H+H facilities: Bellevue Hospital, Coler Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center, and Coney Island Hospital.

The program involves 21 projects at the three hospitals. The scope of work differs by site but includes: electrical switchgear and feeder replacements; emergency generators and expanded emergency power distribution to serve additional critical loads; resiliency improvements for elevators, medical gas, and security and critical equipment; repairing and hardening of plumbing and mechanical equipment, interior renovations to restore space, flood walls and flood gates, and sitework restoration.
