TDX was the prime contractor for ILX Systems for a ten-year span.
The firm has built-out more than 245,000 square feet of high-end space on multiple floors. Specific work included new lighting and electrical systems, fire alarm devices, HVAC equipment and layout and interior partitions. The offices feature specialty wood and casework finishes and fine millwork throughout. All work was performed in occupied facilities.
