TDX is committed to the principals of sustainable design and construction and has significant experience in managing LEED certified projects. Most recently, TDX managed the construction of a new LEED Gold certified School of Nursing for Columbia University. TDX also completed the LEED Silver project for Bronx Community College and a LEED Silver project for Audubon. Currently, TDX is managing construction of a $200 million new residential building for South Beach Psychiatric Facility on Staten Island. This building will be LEED Silver.
