TDX managed the construction of a new waterfront park that included a children’s play area, four new steel and timber piers into the East River, steel sheet pile retaining walls, and restoration of existing Gantry structures. Also included were a new sanitary sewer, storm sewer outfall into the East River, new water main distribution system, NYNEX, Teleport and Time Warner duct systems, and new electric services for the park and adjacent residential buildings.

Electrical work included installing Con Ed ducts from Vernon Boulevard to the new City Lights development to meet electrical distribution needs for future expansion of Queens West. Work also included shoring of existing underground utilities and/or relocation of existing utilities.
